The Ute2 (pronounced yew-t) is a compact, purpose-built tac table inspired by the Australian utility vehicle: attractive enough for town, rugged enough for the range. Designed to be light, simple, and user adaptable, the Ute 2 builds on the success of the original Ute tac table incorporating feedback from end users. It provides a stable, low-profile platform for shooting bags, observation devices, and shooting tools while further increasing capabilities by adding Magpul approved M-LOK slots, MIL-A-8625 Type III (3) hardcoat anodizing for added toughness, and an all-new enhanced bag retention system. The Ute 2 pairs with ARCA-style clamps and common tripod heads for industry standard mounting.

Design Features: *Denotes new feature

*100% engineered and manufactured in America.

*Configurable (or removable) rubber cleats for enhanced bag retention.

*Aluminum baseplate and ARCA rail hardcoat anodized to MIL-A-8625 Type III.

*KADI designed 2.6” long ARCA rail, for mounting to industry standard ball heads, is pocketed into the baseplate eliminating rotation. Fasteners installed with medium thread locker and torqued for secure fitment

*Optional 3/8-16 countersunk clearance hole can be added to your Ute 2 ARCA rail for direct mounting to tripod.

*Clipped corners reduce weight.

-Lightening windows double as grips, lashing points, and visual access to confirm position of locking levers, etc.

-Kydex top deck with a single lip for bag support or to hold small items (phone, DOPE book, Kestrel, etc.) when tilted to sheet music stand orientation. It doesn’t abrade gear or scuff optics/ chassis: attached with countersunk screws for a clean profile. Profiles left at 90 degrees for edge grip.

*Magpul approved M-LOK slots located at the center and edge for mounting ARCA clamps, picatinny rails/ attachments, or devices threaded for 1/4-20 fasteners.

-Multiple 1/4-20 tapped holes around the lightening windows for mounting ball heads, binos, GoPros, etc., or use for lashing.

-Perimeter arcs cut to cradle your shooting bag when placed mouth down.

 

Notes & Care:

-ARCA rail screw torque: 35 in/lbs (reapply thread locker if retorquing).

-Avoid over-tightening Kydex mounting screws to prevent damage.

-Follow Magpul prescribed M-LOK tightening specs.
